According to Egyptian consumer protection laws, intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as panties, burkini, cover-ups, and basic tops.

Damages and issues:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, it can be returned or replaced for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Shipping Fees:
We will cover all shipping costs for returned faulty/damaged items.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Refund of an online purchase:
When you return an online purchase, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Remember: If you have sent the items to us for return using our home collection service, the costs of the return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
